Thales Belgium (BL VTS) – Rocket system 70mm (2.75”) : Rocket launcher : 7, 1é or 19 tbe

For fixed wings aircrafts (7 & 19 tube)

2 different sizes are available : 7 tube (LAU32 or FZ800 for fixed wings aircraft) and 19 tube (LAU51 for fixed wings aircraft) :

7 tubes : LAU32 and FZ800
19 tubes : LAU51

The MOD.4 version of rocket launchers LAU51 and LAU32 (fixed wings) are equipped with single purpose detent mechanism FZ81 suitable and fully compatible with FFAR rocket motors FZ67 (fixed wings) and FZ68 (rotary wings).

The MOD.5 version of rocket launchers LAU51 and LAU32 (fixed wings) and FZ800 are equipped with dual purpose detent mechanism suitable and fully compatible for both rocket motors WA (FZ90) and FFAR (FZ67 or FZ68).

FZ800 has been particulary developped to fire the laser guided rocket FZ275 LGR.
