As a Belgian company, Thales Belgium is legally bound to ensure that every product in its product catalogue complies with Walloon government rules as well as all the international regulations and agreements ratified by Belgium, such as the Oslo Convention.
Thales Belgium policy is to follow best practice compliance standards applicable to our activities.
Compliance with Export Control
Our policy is to follow best practice compliance standards applicable to the broad range of our global activities. Because of the significance we place on ethical business conduct, our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, our Anti-Bribery Compliance Policy and our Supplier Code of Conduct are all publicly available. As a Belgian company, Thales Belgium is compliant with the Walloon government export rules and ITAR legislation.
On 30th August 2016, Thales Belgium SA received for a period of 5 years the certification CERTIDER from Walloon Region (CERTBE(RW)/0716/FZ).
