Over the last 80 years FZ has grown to become a truly global company. FZ has constantly developed its customer and end-user base in defence sector. Historically, more than 70 armies in 55 countries have used FZ rocket system 70mm/2.75”. Today, FZ accounts more than 25 active customers and end-users in its customer portfolio.

Among FZ products on display at Eurosatory are:

  • Laser Guided Rocket FZ275 LGR : With the FZ275 LGR Laser Guided Rocket enabling to fill the gap between conventional rockets and missiles to defeat low value target with high accuracy (CEP<1m), FZ has brought a new generation of rockets to the defence market. The advantage of the laser guidance is its precision to minimise collateral damage. FZ275 LGR will reach a hit-target ability with less than one meter (CEP<1m). Due to the Joint Fire Support Team marking the target even moving vehicles progressing at a speed up to 60km/h at firing distances up to 6 km can be destroyed.
  • Warhead FZ319 : pre-fragmented HE (High explosive) warhead has been specifically designed to defeat more effectively soft armoured targets with an armour thickness >2mm by producing more uniform splinters
  • Firing control system ACP/WMU : state-of-the art firing control  system enabling to manage up to 7 different weapons and other equipment such as sighting system, HLRU, ESU, …  The WMU (Weapon Management System) in combination with the Human-Man-Interface ACP (Armament Control Panel) forms a complete weapon management system (WMS). The night vision compatible ACP consists of a user friendly interface with 12 programmable soft keys. It includes also fully programmable menus, offers selective Jettison and has an integrated Master Arm Switch (MAS).
